REFERENCE NURSE AT 80 %

YOUR MISSION
As a reference nurse, your role involves advanced mastery of specific skills:
€ Personalized planning: Propose, organize and coordinate intervention plans adapted to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and respect for their needs.
€ Rigorous monitoring: Supervise and regularly reassess situations, coordinate actions essential to safety and continuity of care.
€ Document management: Responsible for the management of OPAS sheets and the updating of client files in accordance with directives.
€ Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with the entire network (CMS team, family caregivers, doctors, partners) to ensure optimal care.
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a HES nursing diploma or an equivalent title, reinforced by significant experience of 2 years, preferably in home care.
You are versatile, attentive and autonomous; possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and show a pronounced interest in home care maintenance.
Your sense of organization, your ability to anticipate needs and to adapt to any type of situation and your competence in stress management are essential qualities.
You hold a driver's license and, ideally, have a personal vehicle.
