Your main tasks are * Advising and supporting clients from the initial contact as well as developing economic and technical solution proposals * Preparation of cost estimates, cost estimates, TU/GU offers as well as fee offers * Independent management and coordination of construction projects (renovation, conversion, remodeling and new construction) * Overall responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality and economic efficiency of the projects * Organization and management of construction sites as well as coordination of internal operations, specialist planners and contractors * Contact person for clients, architects, authorities and internal specialist departments during all project phases * Responsibility for tenders, awards, supplementary contract management as well as project accounting * Construction site controlling, reporting as well as ongoing cost and quality management * Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations * Maintenance of existing customer relationships as well as active support in the acquisition of new projects What you bring: * Completed training in construction (e.g. Dipl.
