Service Employee / Restaurant Specialist

For our new restaurant, we are looking for a service employee / restaurant specialist (m/f/d) 100% to actively support our team, starting immediately or by arrangement.

We are looking for a service employee with excellent technical knowledge and experience in high-end Swiss gastronomy for the renowned restaurant x1291 ächt.guet. Job Requirements:

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or corresponding professional experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment of guest contact in gastronomy
• Friendly, attentive and reliable personality
• Independent and structured way of working
• Professional experience in the service area
• Very well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and a warm appearance

Responsibilities:

• Professional care and service of our guests
• Taking orders and professional serving of food and drinks
• Advising guests on food, wines and daily recommendations
• Preparation and post-preparation of the service area
• Taking payments and accounting
• Ensuring a well-groomed appearance in the restaurant
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
