In addition to an extensive bus model program, HESS designs, builds and sells commercial vehicle bodies and conversions of all kinds. To complement our team in the commercial vehicles division, we are looking for a motivated Quality Inspector at the production site in Subingen(SO). In this versatile role, you will ensure that our vehicles meet the highest quality standards when delivered to customers. Your tasks * Receipt of newly delivered vehicles as well as comprehensive and precise documentation of the respective vehicle condition * Creation and management of the quality documents (Q-documents) of the vehicles and ensuring the required standards in all work steps * Performance of quality controls on the built-up vehicles * Creation of vehicle dossiers for the motor vehicle inspection (MFK) and maintenance of vehicle data in the internal work list * Seamless filing of vehicle data including comprehensive photo documentation * Provision of vehicles for delivery and preparation of the necessary documents * Support of the production manager and the workshop manager with administrative and operational tasks Our requirements * Completed vocational training in the automotive industry (car body mechanic, vehicle locksmith or automotive mechatronics technician) and ideally commercial or technical further training * Passion for vehicles and a good eye for detail * Confident handling of common Office software (MS Office) and willingness to learn new systems * Structured, independent and extremely conscientious way of working * Communicative and helpful personality who likes to work in a team * Valid driving license Cat.
