• 26 June 2026 • 100% • Indeterminate duration • Neuchâtel Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Programmer Adjuster - CNC Milling (M/F) • CFC in Polymechanics or deemed equivalent • Good knowledge in CNC machine programming • Knowledge of FAO = an asset • Good knowledge in machining methodology and CNC machines • Knowledge in machining large-sized parts = an asset • Good state of mind The advantages: • Good social conditions • Varied, interesting and autonomous work • Programming of the machine according to the drawing of the part to be machined • Adjustment and taking of tool references • Carrying out necessary program corrections • Machining at least the first part of the series or the entire series according to the production plan • Self-checking and declaration of any non-conformities • Basic maintenance on used machines • Respect for applicable safety rules in the company • Working in collaboration with other colleagues and mutual aid in case of overload
