(Junior) IT System Administrator* Start: as of 1. September 2026 or by arrangement in Kriens, Zürich or Langenthal Your Field of Activity You process IT requests in First Level Support (telephone, e-mail, ticket system) incl. classification and forwarding You install, support and maintain IT workstations and maintain documentation as well as the IT inventory You support employees with everyday IT questions regarding Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.), with internal IT training as well as with IT onboarding You communicate and coordinate with external IT service providers regarding hardware, software and network questions You participate in IT projects (rollouts, system updates, migrations) Your Profile You have completed training in the IT field (e.g., Informatiker EFZ, ICT-Fachmann/-frau or comparable) You have initial experience in IT support (e.g. through internship, apprenticeship or part-time job) You possess good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Windows environment You have an independent, careful and team-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment in working with people and solution-oriented thinking You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form Our Offer This position offers the opportunity to develop further towards Application Specialist or into other specialized IT roles in the medium term.
