Your tasks
Quotation creation and follow-up
Order processing from entry to invoicing with SAP S/4
Recording and monitoring of repair and service orders
Telephone customer support and maintenance of master data
Receipt and processing of customer inquiries and complaints
Coordination between the different departments (Sales – Workshop – Delivery)
Support of field service employees in general tasks
Your profile
Commercial basic training or technical training with business school
High customer and service orientation
Proficient in using Office-365 and SAP S4-Hana
Experience in order processing, quotation and invoicing
Technical flair and quick comprehension
good communication, team player and social competence
