Your tasks

• Consulting private customers on pension planning and planning
• Analyzing the personal and financial situation of customers
• Developing individual solutions in the area of pension fund assets (2nd pillar)
• Conducting personal or digital consulting interviews
• Building long-term and trusting customer relationships
• Independently planning and organizing your consulting appointments
• Participating in team meetings and internal further education

Your profile

• Completed training as an IAF financial advisor (necessary)
• Experience in financial consulting, pension consulting, or asset consulting
• Knowledge in the area of pension planning, pension solutions, or 2nd pillar is an advantage
• Swiss German at native level as well as French language skills at least at B2 level
• Driver's license category B
• Independent, structured, and customer-oriented way of working
• Communication strength and enjoyment of personal consulting
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation
