CRS Health Care Assistant at 80 %

Your tasks:

• Supervision and support of assigned guests
• Support for personal care, movement, and other daily activities
• Proposing daily activities to our guests with creative occupations, walks, etc.
• Taking charge of tasks as a reference person for Housing upon instruction
• Participation in care reports and transmission of important observations
• Writing care notes in our CareCoach care documentation system (possible via mobility with the CareCoach smartphone)
• Help with logistical and household activities

Your profile:

• Having completed a CRS care course or equivalent and completed an internship in the field of long-term care
• Several years of professional experience in care is an asset
• A warm attitude full of humor
• Pleasure in taking on varied challenges
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
