Senior IT Project Manager

Reporting to the Solutions IT - Finance Risks and HR platform, you will hold a strategic position with a priority mission: drive the transition of our SAP platform to S/4Hana in coherence with the IT project portfolio of the Financial Accounting, Controlling, Procurement, and Human Resources teams.

You are responsible for the SAP migration, its technical execution, and its alignment with the business needs of BCV.

Your main missions:

• lead the transformation program of the bank's SAP platform
• actively collaborate with the business and other IT sectors in the analysis of needs as well as in the design of solutions,
• deliver large-scale / critical / complex IT projects regarding deadlines, cost, quality and scope, proactively mitigate risks and provide transparent reporting to management,
• ensure a high level of quality of functional and non-functional specifications by involving experts and, on this basis, design, prepare and drive user acceptance tests,
• challenge technical solutions and systematically ensure with the architects their adequacy with the banking architecture standards,
• contribute to the construction of a coherent annual plan of functional and technical evolutions of the domain's applications, aligned with the priorities of the business strategy.

Your profile:

• higher education in computer science, or equivalent,
• minimum 5 years of experience in managing SAP projects, notably in managing SAP migrations (Brownfield+ Selective Data Transition)
• Scrum Master, SAP Activate certification,
• ability to lead development teams and an integrator,
• negotiation and communication skills, solution orientation,
• sense of organization and dynamism,
• knowledge of banking business, cost accounting and controlling, HR
• knowledge of associated regulatory aspects (Finma, BNS, LSFin, Fatca/Crs),
• demonstrated expertise on the SAP platform (FI, CO, PS, MM, RE-FX, HCM).
