YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Technical, disciplinary, and organizational overall responsibility for the team
• Schedule and resource planning
• Overall responsibility for the product portfolio Network, Vehicle-to-Ground communication solutions, and Security Gateway for rail vehicles
• Strategic further development of the solutions, technologies & services used
• Responsibility for strategic partnerships
• Responsibility for network concepts
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other engineering departments

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Higher technical education (FH/ETH/Uni) towards telecommunications or computer science with corresponding several years of experience in the field of network and IT systems
• Sound knowledge in planning, implementation, and operation of network infrastructures
• Leadership experience and confident handling at all hierarchical levels
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and assertive
• Complex contexts are perceived as a challenge
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and willingness for continuous further development in a dynamic environment
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
