Junior Personalberater (m/w/d)

For our team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Personalberater (m/w/d) to strengthen the area of recruitment.

Your tasks:

• Support and advice for customers as well as candidates
• Recruitment of skilled and unskilled workers
• Conducting job interviews
• Creating and processing application dossiers
• Active search for suitable candidates via various channels
• Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
• Administrative tasks related to the recruitment process

Your profile:

• Initial professional experience in sales, customer contact or human resources is an advantage
• Joy in dealing with people and in advising
• Communicative and motivated personality
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Good German skills, other languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Driving license category B is an advantage
