Tasks

• Execution and verification of account openings for private customers
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., anti-money laundering laws)
• Recording and managing customer data in our system
• Advising customers on questions regarding account opening and other banking services
• Supporting the optimization of internal processes to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Completed training in banking or a comparable qualification
• Initial banking experience, ideally in account opening
• Proficient German language skills, French and Italian skills are an advantage
• High service orientation as well as communicative skills
• Ability to work in a team and an independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office and bank-specific software
