An established architecture and real estate office on the upper Lake Zurich realizes new construction projects in Central Switzerland and at Lake Zurich. For the Project Implementation and Execution business unit, we are looking for an experienced construction and project management personality.

Your tasks

• You manage new construction projects from the tender to the defect-free handover
• You devise and lead the award process including negotiations
• You manage the construction sites operationally and are responsible for safety, deadlines, quality and quantity
• You are the hub between subcontractors, suppliers, planners, clients and authorities

Your profile

• Apprenticeship as Zeichner:in EFZ specialization architecture or basic manual training (e.g., carpenter, mason)
• Further training as a construction manager
• Several years of experience in construction management
• Good knowledge of Swiss construction culture, constructions and standards
• Team player, organized, resilient and assertive
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Messerli is an advantage
