Restaurationsfachangestellte / Restaurationsfachangestellter EFZ 80%-100%

starting 01. November 2026 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Co-responsible for competent service (pension and à la carte service as well as banquets, events and buffets)
• Support in room service
• Proactive knowledge, advice and sale of the gastronomic offering
• Preparation of the mise en place
• Co-responsibility for efficient inventory management
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and the HACCP concept incl. various cleaning tasks
• Proper and professional organization of work within the service team
• Cash collection incl. daily closing

Your profile

• Training as a Restaurationsfachperson EFZ, Servicefachangestellte / Servicefachangestellter EFZ or several years of professional experience in an equivalent position
• Willingness to work on weekends, events and caterings
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
