To strengthen our teams in nursing and social pedagogy, we are looking for you as a Dipl. Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge or Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann 80-80% for our therapy ward at the Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, starting immediately or by arrangement. In the Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie (Clinic Director Dr. med. Bernardon), children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are treated. The clinic's integrated treatment offering includes an outpatient area with a central outpatient clinic as well as four outpatient clinics distributed across the canton, a consultation and liaison service, and an inpatient area with an acute ward, two psychotherapy wards, a day clinic, and a clinic school. The teams consist of clinical professionals from the fields of medicine, psychology, nursing, and social pedagogy, and in the clinic school, teachers and special education teachers. The Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie is a teaching hospital of the Universität Zürich and a certified Category A training facility. Profile - You have a successfully completed education in social pedagogy or nursing (HF/FH) and already have professional experience, ideally psychiatry experience - You have experience in key person work (Bezugspersonenarbeit) with children and adolescents - You are flexible, committed, resilient, as well as a responsible personality with joy in demanding patient care in a lively operation - You speak or write German fluently and have a confident command of common Office applications Tasks - You support and promote the social and emotional abilities as well as skills of the patients (age from 7 to ?18 years) in the milieu therapeutic setting - You design the daily structure of the patients in cooperation with the team and the other specialist departments - In emergency situations, you act competently and convey security to the children and adolescents - You are co-responsible for the implementation of the treatment planning Benefits Our employees are the heart of our company.
