In this key position, you will take responsibility for the organization and management of our production and locksmith shop area.

Tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of the production and locksmith shop teams
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring of production processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
• Optimization of workflows and processes to increase efficiency
• Coordination and cooperation with other departments
• Responsibility for compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications

• Completed technical training, ideally in the field of metal construction or mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position
• Sound knowledge in production planning and control
• Experience in employee leadership and motivation
• High quality awareness and strong problem-solving skills
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
