Your tasks

• Monitoring, analysis and continuous optimization of social media performance based on defined KPIs
• Creation of meaningful reportings as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action for the further development of our channels
• Support in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and reach
• Trend, market and competitor analyses to identify new potentials and best practices
• Planning, creation and publication of target group-oriented content on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant platforms
• Conception and implementation of social media campaigns in close cooperation with Marketing and PR
• Support with paid social campaigns as well as analysis of campaign performance
• Creation of image and video material according to the content plan
• Active community management including interaction with guests and followers
• Close cooperation with the departments Marketing, PR, Sales, Spa, F&B and Rooms Division

Your profile

• Completed studies or training in the field of Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or a comparable specialty
• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing
• Demonstrable experience in the analysis and optimization of social media metrics and campaigns
• Confident handling of social media analysis and reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics 4 etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking skills as well as the ability to derive data-based recommendations for action
• Experience with Paid Social Advertising is an advantage
• Creativity and a sense for visual content as well as storytelling
• Good knowledge of image and video editing
• Initial experience with AI-supported content and image editing tools
• Interest in culinary arts, wellness, travel and luxury hospitality
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
