Our pain center, attached to anesthesia, is extending its offering to the field of rheumatology. To support our new rheumatologist who will start on 01.01.2027, we are looking for a committed and autonomous person

Do you like to maintain an overview, reflect, and ensure behind the scenes that everything runs smoothly for our patients and our medical staff? For the anesthesia and pain center secretariat, we are looking for a personality who, thanks to their organizational talent, empathy and specialized knowledge, contributes to shaping our daily life in the practice.

Your challenge ##

• Organization and preparation of consultations and therapies for the doctors and the pain nurses
• Reception and care of our patients
• Working with our electronic systems (CGM, Polypoint RAP, PEP, OPALE, lbiCare)
• Recording of services and digital archiving of documents
• Drafting medical reports and general secretarial work
• Telephone information and coordination
• Possibility to assist during punctures and infiltrations in rheumatology
• Possibility to expand clinical activities, for example in rheumatology
• Mutual replacement during leaves at the anesthesia secretariat

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a medical assistant or FaGe with IT affinity
• Good knowledge of medical terminology
• Very good knowledge of German orally and in writing
• Good IT skills
• Organized, autonomous and structured way of working
• Motivated and thoughtful personality, recognized for their team spirit
