Mission You will take on a central role in our supply chain at the Horgen location. Together with the team, you will ensure the timely availability of stamped parts, galvanized metal parts, as well as CNC-manufactured products – while complying with all safety and quality standards. You will guarantee smooth production and delivery service, continuously optimize processes, and actively contribute your knowledge in Lean. Execution of production planning Organization & coordination of machine maintenance and service and updating the machine park Monitoring of deliveries incl. quantity and quality inspection as well as processing of deviations Optimization of life cycle costs of equipment through professional spare parts and service management Your Profile: You bring a technical education, a structured and analytical way of working, as well as a good understanding of production and supply chain processes. Ideally, you are characterized by: Technical education with further training (HF an advantage) Experience in stamping with progressive dies and/or CNC manufacturing Knowledge in surface finishing (galvanization an advantage) Experience in production planning and Supply Chain Leadership experience (approx. 5 years) Lean management competence Analytical thinking skills and affinity for process optimization High accuracy in handling data and inventories Organizational strength and personal responsibility Strong communication skills Good ERP and MS Office knowledge English at least B1 (B2 an advantage) Team-oriented, solution-oriented and strong implementation personality Your next step?
