Are you ready to take on responsibility as an interface in a dynamic workshop team?

Tasks

As a Customer Service Advisor for Workshop Reception, you are the heart between our dispatch, the drivers, and the mechanics. You ensure that our in-house vehicle fleet is always ready for use and that repair and maintenance work runs smoothly and on schedule. Your organizational skills and your technical know-how help you to perfectly coordinate the workshop processes. Together with your team and in close cooperation with mechanics and foremen, you maintain an overview of all work progress.

Profile

-A solid technical education (e.g., truck or agricultural machinery mechanic, vehicle locksmith or similar)
-Professional experience in a leadership position

-Excellent planning and organizational talents
-A strong sense of quality
-Assertiveness and the ability to act independently
-Strong social competences and team spirit
-A high level of commitment and enthusiasm for your work
-Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
