Senior Process Engineer Innovation Mühlentechnik

As an experienced process engineer, you will drive technological development in wheat and rye milling, from concept development to successful implementation in customer projects.

Tasks

• Development of future-oriented process solutions for wheat and rye milling, from concept to implementation
• Integration of process technology, machinery, automation, and digitalization into efficient mill solutions
• Validation and optimization of concepts through trials, pilot projects, and plant startups
• Technological leadership and technical support for sales, tendering, order processing, and development
• Building up mill know-how through training and coaching
• International willingness to travel up to 30 percent

Profile

• Comprehensive mill expertise, graduation from the Schweizerischen Müllereifachschule or the Deutschen Müllerschule Braunschweig
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in mill operations as a technologist, head miller, or production manager
• Sound understanding of mill plants and control systems
• Systematic and efficient problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams in multicultural environments
• Fluent German and English
