3D Inspection Technician

You will be the guarantor of the dimensional conformity of the inspected dials. In parallel, you will contribute to the maintenance of the measuring equipment. Responsibilities * Create automatic 3D contact and optical inspection programs to guarantee product conformity: industrialization, series life, and measurement for product/process analysis. * Define and validate inspection sequences in connection with project teams. * Supervise, support, and train 3D users in the production workshops. * Participate in the continuous improvement of measurement methods: design of tooling, monitoring and maintenance of measuring machines, definition of measurement strategies. * Exploit and interpret inspection results (histograms, basic statistics). Profile sought * ES Technician Diploma in Microtechnology or an equivalent training. * Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D programming and measurements, contact and non-contact, ideally in the watchmaking field in the dial sector. * Mastery of 3D programming software, ideally knowledge of OGP, FoxFlash, and Mesure X. * Excellent skills in reading blueprints, especially in GD&T. * Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. * Good knowledge of quality tools and production monitoring statistics. * Very good visualization of parts in space. * Programming logic indispensable (Algorithm). * Ability to adapt to technical and industrial evolution. * Oriented towards << clients >> and << solutions >>. * Rigorous, precise, and methodical mindset. * Sense of organization and analysis. * Interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate transversally, team spirit. * Ability to question oneself and sense of listening.
