Would you like to commit yourself to Mobile Basel for the social inclusion of people with mental difficulties and disabilities? Mobile Basel is committed to the social inclusion of people with mental challenges and disabilities in eight inpatient and outpatient residential offers.

Goldbach Mobile offers up to 22 young people between the ages of 18 and 25 a home that provides protection and the opportunity to practice independent living and life. We operate a 24-hour service with year-round opening hours, which enables us to adapt the necessary support to individual needs.

Sole Cook: in EFZ/EBA or with equivalent qualification - 70 % ##

What you will do with us: ###

• Planning and preparation of varied and healthy meals, taking into account individual dietary forms and intolerances
• Responsibility for the entire kitchen area including organization, budget, hygiene and HACCP
• Involvement of the residents in suitable activities related to the kitchen
• Taking over housekeeping tasks as well as simple maintenance work
• Cooperation and exchange in the interdisciplinary team

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 11.30-18.30

What you bring: ###

• You have training as a Cook: in EFZ/EBA or equivalent qualification as well as professional experience
• Experience with different dietary forms and food intolerances as well as knowledge of HACCP and food regulations
• Joy in independent cooking as well as in housekeeping, practical and organizational tasks
• Joy in working with young adults as well as understanding, patience, empathy and humor
• Independent, self-organized and committed way of working as well as resilience (work-life balance)
• Good German skills and understanding of Swiss German
• Additionally, you have an impeccable criminal record and special private extract
