Senior System Engineer Microsoft / Citrix (80-100%)

What awaits you

• Conception, implementation and further development of demanding Microsoft On Premises solutions
• Operation, further development and lifecycle of our Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops platform including ADC
• Leadership of technical projects in the field, from migration to modernization to going live
• Cause analysis and sustainable troubleshooting of complex errors in 2nd and 3rd level
• Driving automation and standardization with PowerShell and Configuration Management
• Definition and documentation of standards, solutions and operating processes
• Standby duty
• Close cooperation with Network, Security and the Smart Workplace Team

We expect from you

• Completed computer science education EFZ or equivalent, further education HF or FH an advantage
• Several years of experience as System Engineer in Microsoft On Premises environments
• Very good knowledge of Windows domain infrastructure, servers and Active Directory
• In-depth experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and ADC
• Experience in the field of Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM and PAM)
• Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Experience with customer services
• Strong service orientation, high independence and personal responsibility
• Willingness to undergo security screening with a certificate of good conduct
• Very good German language skills (mother tongue or negotiation-secure), English an advantage
• Affinity for automation with PowerShell and Configuration Management an advantage
