• Analytical and conceptual skills for evidence-based practice development
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Willingness for continuous further education and co-shaping innovative nursing concepts
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
