Job Description
--------------------

• Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of general accounting
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as payments and receipts
• Perform monitoring of debtors and cash flow
• Prepare and control periodic accounting situations
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure the monitoring of current tax obligations
• Manage relations with social insurances, administrations, and relevant organizations
• Develop and update financial indicators and dashboards
• Prepare the necessary elements for annual closings in collaboration with the financial manager
• Ensure certain routine administrative tasks, including mail management, petty cash, and office supplies.

Profile Sought
-----------------

• Hold a recognized training in accounting or finance, ideally completed by a Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent training
• Demonstrate at least five years of professional experience in an accounting function in Switzerland
• Possess solid knowledge of Swiss accounting, VAT, current taxation, and social insurances
• Have excellent mastery of IT tools, especially Excel; knowledge of Odoo is a real asset
• Perfectly master French, both spoken and written, and have a good level of professional English
• Demonstrate rigor, autonomy, organization, and an excellent sense of priorities
• Demonstrate a pragmatic approach, a spirit of initiative, and a capacity to communicate effectively with non-financial interlocutors
• Be of Swiss nationality or hold a valid work permit.
