Future Employer ##

The company from the industrial sector is looking for an experienced specialist for the independent processing of international export shipments - from the creation of offers through to documentation and timely coordination with freight forwarders.

In close cooperation with internal departments and global partners, the position ensures the smooth running of all customs, shipping, and payment processes. We are looking for a committed personality with sound export experience, a high awareness of quality, and proficient language skills in German and English.

Your Task ##

• Complete order processing from A to Z
• Coordination of international transports in compliance with applicable regulations
• Creation of export-relevant documents according to customer specifications and guidelines
• Clarification of customs-related questions with authorities and business partners
• Handling of letters of credit and support of bank-related export processes

Your Profile ##

• Sound knowledge in export processing and international delivery processes and a commercial basic education
• Further training in foreign trade as well as industry experience in the industrial sector desired
• Experience in the creation of customs and export documents according to regulations
• Very good German and English skills, French an advantage
• Familiar with SAP modules and forwarding processes
