Your Task ##

• Responsibility for monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasts
• Implementation of target-actual analyses and derivation of concrete measures for optimization
• Close cooperation with management on financial and strategic issues
• Participation in investment and profitability analyses as well as in the development of new key figure systems
• Support in projects in the area of process optimization and digitalization
• Sparring partner for various specialist departments such as production, purchasing, and sales

Your Profile ##

• Completed business administration studies (Uni/FH) with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial or production environment
• Proficient use of Excel and ideally SAP (or a comparable ERP system)
• Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and a pronounced understanding of numbers
• Independent, communicative, and solution-oriented personality
• Very good German and English skills
