PMO & Service Calculations - SAP / MS OFFICE PMO & Service Calculations - SAP / Excel Project: Our customer is looking for support as a PMO who also assists with service calculations. (Reference number: 925135RF) Tasks: • You take over procurement and invoice coordination within IT, always in consultation with purchasing. • You form the interface between the specialist departments and purchasing and ensure a smooth information and procurement process. • You create and process purchase requisitions (BANF) for orders and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the documents. • You check incoming invoices, coordinate the required approvals, and support compliance with internal processes. • You manage and maintain supplier management within IT, coordinate cooperation, and optimize processes. • You create service calculations and service descriptions in cooperation with service management, follow up on calculations, update cost overviews, and ensure transparent documentation. • You formulate technical and commercial requirements for offers (tenders/requests for quotation) and accompany the bidding process in cooperation with purchasing. • Process management and process optimization • Data quality, classification, and governance • Interface management between IT, specialist departments, controlling, purchasing, and accounts payable • Invoice controls and SAP postings Requirements: • Completed commercial or technical basic training with further commercial and/or economic training or a comparable qualification. • Professional experience in project management, service calculations, or a comparable administrative function is an advantage. • Good knowledge in the creation and processing of purchase requisitions (BANF) as well as in the invoice verification process. • Experience in using SAP (S/4HANA) as well as proficient MS Office knowledge, especially Excel. • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working. • Strong organizational skills as well as a high service and customer orientation. • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with stakeholders. • Analytical thinking as well as a good understanding of numbers.
