As part of a planned succession arrangement, I am entrusted with the search for a strong leadership personality with a pronounced understanding of processes, who will actively develop cross-functional cooperation and help shape the upcoming changes in the company: HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (w/m/d) Your tasks: · You will technically, personally, and organizationally lead and further develop the Supply Chain Management area · You are responsible for the entire end-to-end process and optimize the cooperation between sales, sales back office, purchasing, production, logistics, and supply chain management · You ensure capacity-oriented production planning and are responsible for planning reliability, resource utilization, and high delivery reliability · You drive the continuous optimization of processes and establish shopfloor management as well as KPI-based control in the sense of Operational Excellence · You lead cross-functional transformation and optimization projects and actively help shape ERP and digitalization initiatives · Together with the adjacent areas, you develop a future-oriented value chain and contribute sustainably to the competitiveness of the company Your profile: · You have several years of leadership experience in the supply chain management of a manufacturing company · You bring profound knowledge in production planning, process management, and the handling of ERP systems · You have experience in Lean Management, Operational Excellence, as well as in the successful implementation of change and optimization projects · You think entrepreneurially, process-oriented, and analytically and possess a pronounced business understanding · You convince as a strong-leading, strong-communicating, and assertive personality with high initiative and a hands-on mentality · You have very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage Are you ready to take responsibility for a modern value chain and actively help shape its further development?
