Draftsperson EFZ Planning & Execution Horticulture (60-100%)

WHAT AWAITS YOU

• Creation of project, execution, and detail plans
• Support with building applications and work preparations
• Plan processing from planning to realization
• Assistance with measurements, calculations, and offers
• Support for our site managers
• General office work in connection with our projects
• Interesting projects in private horticulture

• Direct connection between planning and execution
• Modern infrastructure and short decision-making paths

WHAT YOU BRING

• Training as Zeichner/in EFZ, preferably landscape architecture, horticulture, structural engineering, or civil engineering
• Alternatively higher vocational school or further training in garden and landscape construction, structural engineering, or civil engineering
• Good knowledge of Vectorworks or comparable planning software
• Enjoyment of planning, technical details, and precise plan processing
• Experience with project, execution, and detail plans is an advantage
• Technical understanding of terrain, height levels, surfaces, walls, stairs, and drainage
• Independent, accurate, and reliable way of working
• Good German language skills
• Interest in garden and landscape construction

Female and male applicants with further training in garden and landscape construction (FA, HF or comparable) are also welcome, provided they bring experience or a strong affinity for planning, technical elaboration, and drawing.
