To complete our team, we are looking for a: Lobby Lounge Supervisor (M/F) Workplace: Beau-Rivage Palace Start date: Contract type: Permanent Contract Responsibilities You assist the Manager in the daily supervision of the service. You participate in the management of the setup, order monitoring and compliance with quality standards. You ensure a warm and high-end welcome for all our clients, with particular attention to regulars and VIPs. You collaborate in the administrative management of the department and the planning of teams. You participate in the recruitment, training and supervision of employees. Profile sought You have a degree in hotel-restaurant management (BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC PRO, CFC or equivalent). You benefit from a first significant experience in a high-end hotel. You speak French and English fluently; a third language is a plus. You are comfortable with standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Micros). You are organized, dynamic, with an excellent sense of detail and a strong team spirit. Of an elegant and professional nature, you are ready for the Palace experience.
