SALES BACK OFFICE CLERK

The company APU AG develops, produces and distributes high-quality plastering beads made of extruded plastic, known under the brand APU or APU-Leisten. The headquarters of APU AG is in Schaffhausen (Switzerland), with production companies in Germany and Hungary with a total of 250 employees. As an innovative, high-performance and established company in the construction industry, we have been successfully active in Europe – mostly in the DACH region – for over 35 years.

We are looking for a SALES BACK OFFICE CLERK (80-100%)

Your tasks:

• Support and advice for our customers in the sales back office
• Complete order processing including recording and processing of customer orders
• Recording and processing of sample deliveries
• Shipment tracking as well as independent handling of transport complaints
• Support of the telephone switchboard as well as processing and forwarding of incoming emails
• Ordering and management of office supplies
• Deputy in the accounting department

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training and professional experience in sales back office
• Ideally experience with customs formalities and accounting knowledge for the deputy role
• Confident handling of MS Office, SelectLine knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, careful and structured way of working
• Customer-oriented, communicative and team-oriented manner
