Job Description ## • Ensure the overall management and leadership of multidisciplinary projects while ensuring the respect of cost, deadline, quality, and performance objectives. • Lead the contractual, financial, and organizational aspects of the entrusted mandates. • Coordinate electromechanical systems such as electrical installations, energy, lighting, ventilation, supervision systems, industrial networks, and safety equipment. • Manage the interfaces between the different stakeholders: clients, operators, partner offices, companies, authorities, and other parties involved. • Supervise and support project teams composed of engineers, technicians, and specialists. • Oversee studies, work, tests, and commissioning phases. • Participate in business development through the preparation of offers, commercial development, and customer relationship management. The Successful Applicant ## You match the following profile: • Higher education in electrical engineering, electromechanics, or equivalent technical field. • Confirmed experience of at least 15-20 years in managing complex electromechanical projects, ideally in engineering or consulting. • Solid skills in managing multidisciplinary projects and coordinating technical interfaces. • Excellent relational, communication, and leadership skills. • Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, and results-oriented personality. • Mastery of French; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset. • You can be based in Lausanne, Geneva, or Neuchâtel.
