Customer Service Advisor Bodywork (m/f/d)

🔧 Passion instead of standard. A sheet metal damage is rarely a good day for our customers – with you, it will at least be a well-organized one. As a Customer Service Advisor Bodywork, you are the first point of contact when passenger cars, delivery vans, trucks, or buses need to be brought back into top shape after damage. Whether you call yourself a damage consultant, bodywork customer advisor, or service advisor, and whether you originally started as a Carrosseriespengler/in EFZ: with us, you combine your specialist knowledge with real customer contact.

For over 100 years, Gebr. Knecht AG has been a reliable partner in terms of commercial vehicles, construction machinery, bodywork, and lettering. Owner-managed, family-oriented, at four locations in Switzerland, and since 2024 part of the Thomann Nutzfahrzeug Gruppe with a total of eleven locations in all of German-speaking Switzerland.

🛠️ Your tasks:

• You accompany every damage case from the first report to the vehicle handover – and keep all the strings in your hands.
• First point of contact in damage cases: You receive our customers in the event of damage to passenger cars and commercial vehicles, record the damage, and advise competently
• Clean case processing: You guide every case in a structured manner and ensure smooth communication with all parties involved
• Solid quotations: You create and process quotations – precise, traceable, and fairly calculated
• Clever appointment planning: You plan repair appointments in close coordination with colleagues in the workshop
• Administrative support: You relieve the Customer Service Management with further administrative tasks

✅ Your profile:

• Basic training in the automotive industry – ideally as a Carrosseriespengler/in
• Commercial knowledge, initial experience from a similar function is a great advantage
• Very good German skills as well as confident handling of MS Office programs
• High service orientation, winning appearance, and enjoyment of working in a team
• Driver's license, Cat. B.
