Field Service Technician for Woodworking Machinery

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated personality for field service in German-speaking Switzerland.

Your Tasks

• Troubleshooting and repairs on woodworking machinery
• Maintenance and overhauls
• Commissioning and instruction of customers on-site
• Technical support via telephone and/or remote access
• Support with application and operating questions

Your Profile

• Completed technical training (e.g., polymechanic, automation technician, agricultural/construction machinery mechanic, or comparable)
• Good knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, and pneumatics
• Interest in complex technical machines and modern control systems
• Enjoyment in familiarizing yourself with different machines and applications
• Independent, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working
• Customer-oriented appearance and good communication skills
• IT affinity and interest in digital service tools is an advantage
• Driving license category B
