Die Wohn- und Arbeitsintegration Westwind is a social institution that provides living and working spaces for people with cognitive or psychological impairments. Together with this target group, we rock the daily work routine. Our heart is the kitchen. Here, cooking is not just done; here, people work, learn, laugh, and conjure up something delicious every noon together with people with a handicap. And because a good kitchen requires more than just a stove, we also pitch in with everything else: order, hygiene, clean workplaces, laundry, and processes that run smoothly. Cook in the social sector 40% What awaits you • You cook together with the employees with a handicap and conjure up the perfect lunch for Westwind with them. • You pitch in when the kitchen, dining hall, and wet rooms need to shine again, and you take care of washing the work clothes. • You implement the agogic care processes in practice and keep hygiene and quality standards under control. • You are actively involved in our meetings and contribute your ideas. What you bring with you • You have proven cooking skills and enjoy sharing them. An apprenticeship in cooking is therefore an advantage. • You are an open-minded personality, love contact with people, enjoy learning, and are fully energetic. • You have power, work independently, and have a thousand creative menus in your head. • You understand dialect and are proficient with digital tools. • Endurance, flexibility, humor, and a cool head, even when it gets hectic.
