Your tasks

• You care for and accompany our residents with professional competence, attentiveness, and appreciation.
• You actively help shape daily care and promote the independence and quality of life of the residents.
• You take on responsibility within the framework of your training and function.
• You maintain nursing documentation carefully and reliably.
• You work constructively with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies.
• You contribute your experience and your ideas to the further development of our quality of care.
• As a registered nurse HF/FH, you additionally take on professional responsibility in the care process and support employees and learners.

What you bring with you

• A degree as a registered nurse HF/FH or as a healthcare assistant EFZ
• For foreign degrees, appropriate recognition or the willingness to apply for it
• Joy in accompanying older and care-dependent people
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and an independent way of working
• A respectful and warm interaction with residents, relatives, and employees
• Team spirit and the willingness to find good solutions together
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Openness to change and joy in actively helping to shape the daily working routine
