Our client is a leading provider of services in old age in Switzerland with around 4'000 employees and an extensive network of locations. The company combines outpatient and inpatient services and stands for professional care and high quality of life in old age. To strengthen the team at the Aargau location, we are looking for a committed personality as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson 80-100% as of 1. October 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks

• Leading the team during the shift and ensuring professional care
• Ensuring an optimal operational process and the care process
• Independent and complete management of the electronic nursing documentation
• Participation in the daily care and support of the residents
• Support in the education and further training of apprentices and interns
• Contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and pharmacists
• Taking over day or shift responsibility

Your profile

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, AKP or DNI
• SVEB 1 certificate or willingness to undergo further training
• RAI-NH coordination or willingness to undergo further training
• Professional experience in the inpatient long-term care sector
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good RAI knowledge in classification is an advantage
• Organizational talent with the desire to design everyday life efficiently
