For an established company in a technical environment, we are looking for an experienced personality for the management of demanding projects in the field of fire safety. In this versatile role, you will assume overall responsibility for complex safety and infrastructure projects and accompany them from planning to successful commissioning

Tasks ###

• Overall responsible management of projects in the field of fire safety and building safety
• Development and implementation of fire protection and safety concepts for demanding systems and buildings
• Planning and ensuring emergency and safety lighting, escape route and evacuation concepts as well as smoke and heat exhaust systems
• Project planning and monitoring of fire alarm, safety and surveillance systems
• Assessment of risks and sources of danger as well as definition of suitable protective measures
• Technical, organizational and financial management of the projects
• Preparation of calculations, offers as well as cost and schedule monitoring
• Coordination of internal specialist departments as well as external partners and suppliers
• Competent advice and support for customers during the entire project process
• Ensuring complete project documentation as well as accompanying commissioning and acceptance

Requirements ###

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, building technology or comparable training
• Several years of experience in project management and in the field of fire safety
• Sound technical understanding as well as organizational and commercial competencies
• Experience in the execution of complex technical projects

IT ###

Good MS Office skills
Experience with project management and ERP systems is an advantage
Confident handling of digital work tools and project documentation

Languages ###

German m+s: very good
Other language skills are an advantage
