Guma does it! At our site in Bilten (GL), we develop and produce liquid foods such as whipped creams, cold & hot sauces, marinades, dressings, sandwich toppings and other liquid specialties. With approximately 70 employees, we find individual solutions for our renowned customers in the food sector. Additionally, we are the owners of the traditional Swiss dessert brand Stalden.

What you do with us

• You ensure smooth order processing in close collaboration with our customers, production, supply chain and sales
• You are in direct contact with customers and are a central contact person for their various inquiries. You coordinate autonomously with internal departments
• You handle "daily" tasks such as efficient sorting of emails and phone calls, master data management, error reports via QM software, accounts receivable invoicing, analyses and logistical questions
• You participate in interservice working groups and, thanks to your skills, make a significant contribution to the success of projects
• In close collaboration with the internal sales service manager, you assume other tasks relevant to the management area

What you already bring

• Completed basic commercial training as well as solid experience in a similar function
• Knowledge of classic internal sales service themes as well as interservice project work
• Experience in digitalization and process optimization
• Taste for extended ERP systems and proven MS Office skills in practice
• Foresighted and service-oriented way of working, efficient search for solutions and precise and adequate expression
