Vocational Trainer for FaGe Trainees 70-100% (a) Our vocational trainers are organized in their own team at Spitex Zürich and can thus fully concentrate on accompanying the trainees. This means for you: The close cooperation in the team enables you to have a good exchange and achieve the best results. You will be actively supported by the training managers. You work situationally across locations, have a strong team behind you, work independently and enjoy many freedoms and design options in practical vocational training. To strengthen our vocational trainer team, we are looking for a personality as Vocational Trainer for FaGe Trainees 70-100% (a) YOUR TASKS You accompany, promote and empower trainees in practical and theoretical training and thus ensure high-quality training. You work across locations and closely with other vocational trainer teams, training managers, team coaches and care teams. You conduct regular training and qualification discussions with your trainees. You actively participate in the public relations work (career fair, neighborhood events, Future Day) of Spitex Zürich. You maintain your practical reference through low-percentage care deployments, which you exercise alongside your role as vocational trainer. Depending on the team, you also take over the duty and deployment planning for yourself and your trainees.
