Your tasks: Support in the smooth and customer-oriented processing at the information desk, including the cash desk, with a focus on professional complaint management Collaboration in the control and processing of purchase contracts in the MHS, as well as the processing of delivery suggestions, collection reminders, customer letters, and the smooth processing of rental cars Support during inventory counts You look after our valued customers regarding complaints and offer them expert advice Proactively look after and advise customers by actively taking sales initiatives and placing a strong focus on service-oriented customer care You ensure that the presentation, price labeling, cleanliness, order, and articles are always of the highest quality, and that the shelves are always well-filled Your profile: At 16 years old, you start with full energy in the fascinating world of retail. Your German skills are excellent, and you are very familiar with handling technology.
