The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and job opportunities as well as various forms of living and services. ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities pursue the goal of promoting the self-determined life of people with support needs.

Specialist in Care 30% ##

In a five-person team, you will accompany people in their individual life situations and needs with much empathy and professional competence. Our team coaches and accompanies a shared living community of twelve adults with support needs in their individual life situations and needs in the WG Frenkendorf. In doing so, we actively engage with the implementation of the UN-BRK and focus on participation and co-determination in all processes.

This is what you will achieve with us ###

• Holistic accompaniment, support and assistance of the residents in all matters of everyday life and leisure
• Organization and support in the implementation of daily life needs (household management, shopping, pocket money)
• Shared responsibility for the design and implementation of leisure activities, resident holidays, as well as promoting participation in social life
• Taking over key person and relative work, maintaining client documentation and development planning
• Internal and cross-cutting interdisciplinary cooperation
• Readiness for assignments on weekends and taking over telephone on-call service

• Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ
• Experience in accompanying adults with support needs
• Joy in working in a team
• Reflective person with heart, empathy and professional handling of closeness and distance
• Ability to meet people at eye level and be able to inspire them
• Readiness for irregular working hours and weekend service
