Tasks:

• Leading the team in the field of mechanics and electronics
• Managing and monitoring maintenance and repair operations
• Ensuring plant safety and its processes
• Planning and performing mechanical and electrical maintenance work
• Participating in the installation of new systems and conversions
• Supporting the supervisor with investment requests
• Completed technical vocational training in the mechanics / electronics field
• Further training in maintenance is an advantage
• Leadership experience and business administration knowledge
• Experience with plant controls as well as measurement/control technology
• Strong planning and organizational talent
• High resilience and flexible way of thinking
• Analytical thinking skills: problem-solving skills and understanding of complex (technical) contexts
