Desired Profile
Higher education in mechanics, automation, microtechnology, mechatronics (or equivalent)
Confirmed experience in managing machine tool projects, machining centers or special machines
Ease in customer contact, transverse coordination and complex projects
Availability to travel worldwide, approximately 40% during the year
Autonomous, structured person, solution-oriented and reliable in a demanding environment

Lead projects for automated machining centers, from needs analysis to final acceptance
Ensure the international client interface
Coordinate internal teams: mechanics, automation, software, assembly and commissioning
Monitor planning, budget, quality, risks, milestones and technical progress
