Service Technician

Service Technician (80-100%) J. Maschinen AG develops and produces state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines with integrated robotics for the manufacture and regrinding of cutting tools and the production of diverse precision parts. J. AG is represented in all important markets with its own sales and service branches or qualified partners. Customers include companies from tool manufacturing, the automotive industry and its suppliers, from general mechanical engineering, the aerospace industry, energy technology and contract manufacturing. Your tasks: Carrying out mechanical repairs and maintenance work at the customer site Troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Installation of new machines incl. measuring the machine geometry Conducting service training for customers' employees Assisting with the assembly of new machines in internal assembly What we want from you: Apprenticeship as a polymechanic and good English skills Experience in operating machine controls Knowledge in electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics a good amount of willingness to travel What you can expect from us: A versatile and interesting task with a lot of self-responsibility Thorough induction as well as the opportunity to continue training on the job Progressive employment conditions within the framework of the GAV J.
