For this position, we are looking for a proactive and trustworthy person starting from 1 August 2026 or by agreement as Executive Assistant (GL and CA) and Secretary Collaborator 60-80% Your tasks • Assistance to two members of management in all administrative and organizational areas (calendar and mailbox management, coordination of appointments, follow-up of pending tasks) • Planning and management of appointments as well as meetings including taking minutes of the board of directors and administrative support to the Chairman of the CA • Organization of annual planning (CA) • Organization of internal and external events (shareholders' meeting, year-end meal, etc.) • Management of several Outlook mailboxes • General organization of the office as well as support in daily administrative tasks (support in contract management, processing of legal data, archiving, correspondence, mail, telephone, etc.) Your qualification • Completed commercial training with appropriate additional training (preferably executive assistance or comparable qualification) • Several years of professional experience in a similar role • Discretion, confidentiality, and communication adapted to all levels • Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of French, spoken and written • Autonomous, precise, efficient, and proactive way of working We offer you • An interesting, responsible, and varied activity in a meaningful organization for the benefit of animals, food safety, and the environment • Flexible working hours • Progressive employment conditions and ancillary salary benefits • Generous support for continuing education • A modern and central workplace (Bern Wankdorf) / teleworking Are you interested?
