Maintenance Plant Mechanic

Our client is a Swiss company operating as part of an international corporate group. For the location in Switzerland, the client is looking for an ambitious personality as a plant mechanic in maintenance with organizational team leadership.

Your tasks

• Maintenance and repair of punching machines and production facilities
• Ensuring the operational readiness of all technical systems in the plant
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions to support production
• Organizational leadership of the maintenance team and supplier management

Your profile

• Technical training: Degree as a mechanic, polymechanic or similar
• Maintenance experience: Knowledge in maintenance and repair of production facilities
• Additional qualifications: Knowledge in automation, mechatronics or electrical engineering advantageous
• Leadership competence: Ability for the organizational leadership of a maintenance team required
